Finally PAPER READY!!!!

I just received an email a few hours ago that they have all the paper work and documents!! We are ready to start being Presented to birth moms. Hallelujah!!
When ever they have a situation that meets our needs they will call us!!
My agent asked if I was getting things ready.. Room, baby bag ect. I told her no!
She suggested that I start.
So last night I pulled down the infant seat and baby sleep wedges and washed them. That's a huge step for me. I've been trying to protect myself and not wanting to confuse Kinley as well. But my heart feels ready to start! I'm stepping out in FAITH that there is a baby coming to this house and to our Family!!
Today Kinley and I did a little shopping as well. We got bottles, diapers, wipes, swaddle blankets, pacifiers, ect. It was fun to do with Kinley!! She asked a lot of questions .. She asked if it was for our baby. I told her yes. That we needed to get some things for when Jesus brings us our baby.
I'm excited, nervous & READY !!!

I have been working all week to get all the necessary paper work ready, faxed, emailed and shipped!!! I think I have it all done ... I hope!!! Our home study agent is getting all her stuff sent ;) as well!
We will have a conference call with our new consultant on Monday and the hopefully we will be ready to start being presented to birth moms 😍😍😍! Excited and also nervous!! Trying to protect my heart , but have a total PEACE that this is were The Lord has lead us. We are so ready to bring a new baby home to complete out family! Kinley talks and prays for Our new baby all the time! She is so sweet! She has been super obsessed with her baby dolls the last week or so!! Who knows .. Maybe The Lord is preparing her 😄.

A break and A Change...

Well I have takin about a month off from pursuing our adoption! I was emotionally drained..
I have felt that I had run smack into a brick wall.. Didn't know which way to go or wear to turn. We had been led in a new direction and I felt so drawn to this . We prayed about it and then I made a very excited call and was told they had a wait list for the couples that they would work with and we were # 8.
That's before we could even be considered as a couple they would take on. Needless to say I was disappointed to here about the wait. That was a month ago. Last week I checked in and we were #6. We had only moved 2 in a month:(.
Well, on Friday I got an email saying we were first on the list.. Woooo hooo! We filled out our application and today we were told that they will work with is...

Overnighted to the company tomorrow .
We have been told they match quickly! We are so hopeful that this will lead us to our BABY!!! We trust that The Lord is guiding us!!!
We are super excited to see were this will lead and have a new HOPE!!!
